Thank You Kaiser!
Kaiser Supports Education and E3
We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kaiser Permanente for their recent donation to support E3’s efforts to improve student learning and achievement in Oregon. At the April E3 board of directors meeting, Kaiser employees Tracey Dannen and Wendy Ray presented E3’s executive director René Léger and board co-chair Carole Morse with a check for $15,000.
The grant was submitted by Wendy Ray who serves as a Kaiser employee volunteer for E3’s Literacy Partners program in Hillsboro. The E3 program connects employee volunteers with Hispanic middle school students to help improve their reading and English language skills. Kaiser Permanente is an outstanding supporter of education and the community in Oregon. They donate thousand of dollars to the community, and encourage and support their employees to volunteer in local schools and other non-profit organizations. We are proud to recognize Kaiser Permanente as an E3 Supporter and Education Champion.
