Julie McCann Joins E3 Staff

 

E3 is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie McCann as a School Change Coach for our Oregon Small Schools Initiative.  Julie has been in education for the past 30 years and has served in a variety of roles including teacher, principal and central office positions.  Among her honors, Julie was named the Oregon Middle School Principal of the year in 2000.  Her passion is working for underserved and underrepresented students and families.  “I’m really looking forward to working with E3 and the schools participating in the Oregon Small Schools Initiative,” said Julie.  “This is a wonderful opportunity for us to build new models for high school education.” 

 

Julie and her husband Kevin have two boys, and live in Salem.  And as if she didn’t have enough to do, Julie will complete her doctorate this coming year at Oregon State University.
