Shauna Adams Joins E3 Staff

E3 is pleased to announce the appointment of Shauna Adams as an Expert Trainer working on the Teaching and Learning Collaborative with the E3 Oregon Small Schools Initiative.

Shauna Adams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked as a child and family therapist and educator in Portland since 1992.  She provides professional development for social service agencies, schools, and community organizations; working collaboratively to assess and build culturally responsive learning communities. She facilitates dialogues around issues of race and culture, family and community involvement, and positive youth development. Shauna speaks locally and nationally on the critical role of relationships in the overall wellness of individuals, families, groups, and organizations.  She also teaches at the University level, and is currently working on a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership at Lewis and Clark College.
